HOW TO ORDER CUSTOM EMBROIDERED PATCHES
CHOICES TO BE MADE TO ORDER EMBROIDERED PATCHES:
1 - Determine the Size of the Patch
The overall patch size is width (W) x height (H) divided by 2. Round up fractions to the nearest half.
2 - Select the Colors of the Thread and Fabric
Choose up to 7 thread colors by PMS or thread chart; select a background fabric (poly twill, felt, etc.) and its color.
3 - Estimate the Percentage of Embroidery
Determine what percentage of the background fabric will be embroidered (see chart above).
4 - Choose the Type of Backing
The backing can be plastic, heat-seal, peel-n-stick or velcro; see the chart above for details.
5 - Select the Type of Border
The border of the patch can be merrow, hot-knife or cut; again, see the chart above for details.
ONCE YOU HAVE DETERMINED EACH OF THESE FIVE CHOICES, THE CUSTOM LOGO FACTORY CAN PROVIDE A DETAILED PRICE QUOTE FOR YOUR PATCH PROJECT!
IMPORTANT NOTE: THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY FOR ANY PATCH PROJECTS IS 100 PIECES PER DESIGN. TURN-AROUND TIME FOR PATCH EMBROIDERY AND SHIPPING IS 21 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ORDER CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT.

Prices
All prices shown above are "per piece". Unit price does not include the listed digitizing charge (a one time fee). Prices include standard poly twill backing.
*Patch Size
To determine Patch Size above, add length plus width divided by 2. Then estimate coverage of Embroidery Area to determine pricing column.
Standard Colors
Prices based on 7 thread colors per design. Add USD .75/pc per additional color.
Minimum Quantity
100 patches minimum per design per run.
Samples
Samples are available for $30 per design+ digital tape charge (non-refundable)
Heat Transfer Backing
Add 0.045/pc per square inch.
Hard PVC Back
Add 0.024/pc per square inch. Hard PVC is also named plastic back.
Stick On Back
Double adhesive tape 0.075/pc per square inch. (Wax paper included.)
Special Fabric Backs
Additional charge per piece shown in right column for FELT or VELVET fabric backgrounds.
Reflective Fabric Backs
3M reflective fabric background available; pricing by request.

Heat Cut Border
Add 0.018/pc per square inch.
Metallic Thread
10% increased per piece for embroidered area of 30%.
15% increased per piece for embroidered area of 50%.
20% increased per piece for embroidered area of 75%
25% increased per piece for embroidered area of 100%.
Merrow border w/ metallic thread shall be added 0.036/pc per square inch.
UV / Luminous Threads
UV threads (change colors under ultraviolet rays) and Luminous threads available.
